You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Please let us know promptly if you notice unauthorized access.

You agree not to use DateClarity AI to:

• Harass, dox, or harm another person.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes.

DateClarity AI provides informational, reflective, AI-generated insights to help you think more clearly about dating and relationships.

It is not therapy, mental health treatment, professional psychological advice, relationship counseling, or legal advice. AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You remain responsible for your own dating and relationship decisions.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

The DateClarity AI software, design, and brand are owned by us. The content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you.

Free accounts include limited usage. Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited analyses and reflections. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, which you can do at any time. Pricing and features may evolve as the product matures.

DateClarity AI is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or place the service or other users at risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DateClarity AI operates. The specific governing law and venue will be confirmed here as the company is finalized.
